Free volunteer led rides to help improve your health and wellbeing. These are held at:
Free led walks throughout Dorset to help improve your health and wellbeing.
Suitable for people who have completed a "Get into Nordic walking course" to help maintain fitness and to enjoy being out in the fresh air.
Using natural outdoor spaces and features, Fresh air fitness is a fun session to help increase your heart rate and build strength. Each weekly session may use different areas and activities, so no week will be the same. Suitable for adults and perfect for beginners. £5 per person 10:30am to 11:30am.

Every Tuesday (excludes school holidays) at Moors Valley Country Park, Golf and Activity Centre.
With the support from a qualified Nordic Walking Instructor these courses will help you master the basics and improve your Nordic Walking technique. £12 per person. To book call 01425 480811. These are held on:
Dorset Council's Health and Activity Team will be running free hour long rides in Weymouth once a month.
If you feel you would like to try cycling again on a leisurely ride guided by a leader, then just come along with your bike, you don't have to book.
The rides start and finish at the Palm House Cafe, Weymouth at 10am to 11am, so there's always the option to have some social time afterwards too.
The ride will use the traffic free route of the Rodwell Trail.
