Different organisations, such as utility companies, can carry out roadworks. They are responsible for the work they do.

We inspect some roadworks while they are being carried out and once they are finished but we can't check all roadworks. Most of the time, work happens without any issues. See more information about how we can manage roadworks.

If you think a roadworks site is unsafe, call us on 01305 221020.
