Schools, colleges and organised groups

Anyone can make a group booking, including schools, colleges, youth groups, friends or family and organisations.

We can deliver activities at our centre as well as along the Jurassic Coast. This includes Portland Harbour, Weymouth Bay and the Isle of Purbeck.

Programme options

We can provide activities and design programmes which enhance and support your curriculum and help you to achieve your aims. Choose your activities and we'll build a programme around you.

See the table for our current programme options.

Programme options
Taster An introductory session for those with little experience.
Improver/advanced session (s) A one off session or sessions for those with some experience to challenge and further develop their skills.
After school club A series of sessions, either tasters or a course.
Course A series of sessions on consecutive days or weeks in sailing, kayaking or climbing, leading to a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) or British Canoeing (BC) awards.
Multi activity programme

A multi activity programme runs over a number of sessions (recommend teams of 8)

Team building Specially designed games and challenges to achieve your identified learning outcomes and teams needs. This can take place at school, workplace or our centre (up to 120 people). We can run one off sessions, a day with morning and afternoon sessions and a series of regular weekly sessions

We divide groups into teams with one instructor per team. Team sizes vary depending on the activities chosen.

Session times

Morning from 9:30am to 12:30pm
Afternoon from 1:30pm to 4:30pm
After school from 3:30pm to 6:30pm
Evening from 6:30pm to 9:30pm

We can change these times to suit your needs.

From £193 per half day, per group (size dependent on activity) and from £193 per term per session.

You can work out the cost of the session by calculating the number of teams X number of sessions X cost per team.
