You must apply at least 2 weeks before the building materials are placed on the highway.
Cost
It costs £80 for a new licence which is valid for 28 days.
It costs £40 to renew an existing licence which is valid for 14 days.
If you do not remove the materials before the licence expires, we will charge you £80.
