Lytchett Matravers Neighbourhood Plan
Further to a positive referendum vote on 4 May 2017, Purbeck District Council resolved to 'make' (adopt) the Lytchett Matravers Neighbourhood Plan on 13 June 2017.
The plan reflects the community's vision for the future of the parish; where investment should go for the future of the parish; and provides village residents with a voice in the planning process. The plan is now statutory and will be used in determining planning applications in Lytchett Matravers parish.
