Additional mid hearing written material

During the hearing the examiner, Inspector Mr David Hogger asked us to further consider certain matters raised, to produce additional explanatory notes on topics he has identified and to show how consequential minor amendments could be incorporated into the draft Plan.

Those people participating in the examination process were given the opportunity to respond to these additional explanatory notes and the Council then given the opportunity to respond to comments made by participants.

A copy of the notes produced and comments made by participants plus a schedule of consequential changes are listed in the table below.
 

The  schedule of additional mid hearing written material lists all of the additional material which has been produced in issue order for ease of reference.
