Why I work for Dorset? That is a good question…
I guess to cut it all down I am motivated and passionate about making a difference. Having a positive impact on others.
Working with users and enabling them to have the services they need and being able to access them in the best way possible. Providing experiences and solutions that we should expect from a modern organisation and making everyone’s lives easier.
I have always lived in Dorset and I like the idea of spending my working hours making a difference to the community and promoting Dorset as a place to Live, Work, and Visit though events like the Festival of the Future or communication methods like podcasts or videos. It’s not just a place for retirement and countryside (although there is a lot of both) there’s amazing innovation happening! My role also involves a lot of creativity and problem solving which is a bonus.
