What we are proud of
- our transformation programme, aiming to save £27 million over 3 years
- over 2,500 employees supported to work from home at the start of the pandemic
- innovative approaches to increase engagement generated over 7,000 responses to the Dorset Local Plan
- moving from six systems to one Planning system. That involved moving:
- 285 employees to the new system
- 47 years of data
- 4.3 million documents
