Need a place to hold a meeting or event? Avon Heath is in a good place to meet for:

You can easily get here by car.

Hire costs

You can hire the room between 8:30am and 4:30pm from Monday to Sunday.

It costs:

• £80 per day, or
• £50 per half day of 4 hours (8:30am to 12:30pm or 1pm to 4:30pm)

The room is also available to hire midweek at a rate of £27 for 2 hours. This is not available on weekends.

If you are booking our activity room along with one of our Ranger-led birthday parties, you get a discounted rate of £33 per half day.

About the room

We have all the facilities you need for your event. The activity room is within easy reach of:

• the Visitor Centre
• parking
• cafe
• toilets

The room has:

• approximately 20 square metres of useable floor space
• a maximum capacity of 25 adults (less if you're sitting around tables)
• bifold doors that open out on to the playing field and games area

We recommend you come and see the room and facilities before your event.
