Access to outside professionals

Transitions and supporting independence

Potential new pupils are visited in their current setting by staff from The Hub. They are also invited to visit The Hub on multiple occasions, with their parents and on their own if a place is agreed upon.

When pupils move on from The Hub, they are supported to visit future provisions and staff ensure that important information is passed on, including what works well and what speech and language support is needed.
