Council Tax Support

If you are on low income, you can get help to pay your Council Tax through the Council Tax Reduction Scheme. This is also known as Council Tax Support.
From 1 April 2024, we are introducing a new scheme for working age people. You may be eligible if you are on a low income and have less than £6,000 in savings. The scheme for pension age people has not changed.
