We were unable to empty your waste or recycling today and placed a white advice tag on your bin for one of the following reasons:
your containers were not presented at the collection point (i.e., at the edge of your property next to the public highway or an alternative agreed point)
you presented the wrong containers for collection (for example, you put your rubbish bin out on your recycling collection day)
we were unable to access your containers to empty them (for example, because of parked cars blocking access or bins left behind a locked gate)
your bin was too heavy to empty
What do I need to do?
if you cannot wait until your next rubbish/recycling collection (eg. the bin is full) you can take your waste to a household recycling centre. Note that we will pick up extra recycling during your next recycling collection provided it has been separated correctly and placed in a sturdy box or container (no bags)
make sure your containers are presented at the kerbside or agreed collection point
